The fact is. . . if you do not use a proven strategy, you are GUARANTEE to lose money.   No wonder these sportsbooks are ready to pay the search engines $12 every time a surfer click one of their links.   That’s a cheap price to buy a sucker.

Sportsbooks know that the average sports gambler will lose more than $300 a week – Right into their banks.   Every innocent surfer who thinks they will make a few dollars on a bet ends up donating more than $300 to these sites.

The reality is that 98% of sports gamblers are losing money…a lot of money.   The remaining 2% are professional sports gamblers.   They are making a living at sports betting.   Is it possible ?  Yes of course.

Ask any sportsbook’s manager and he will tell you that 2% of his regular clients are always winning over the long run.   How can you be in this 2% ?

It’s a wonder anyone ever gets started. Most people will take in the info and do nothing with it. Of those that do, most will have spent a small fortune on ‘sports betting’ and ‘handicapping’ information products.

Making money betting on sports the old way is very hard.   But what if. . .

there were sports betting systems that could generate money almost immediately.

there were sports betting systems that anyone could easily use and have success.

there were sports betting systems that could start generating substantial income right away.

there were sports betting systems that don’t need any handicapping skills.

there were sports betting systems that only needed to be learned once and then use over and over again as long as you want.

there were sports betting systems that are only mechanical and mathematical.

there were sports betting systems that couldn’t possibly fail.

there were sports betting systems that are designed to make you turn $200 into over $10,000 within weeks.

Would you be willing to give it a shot?

Most people don’t have anymore spare cash lying around. Instead they lost all their bankroll and looking for a way to win it back. Which is largely why they will desperately try to buy all they can about sports betting. The”Bookie Buster” simple formulas will enable anyone to make money online without learning any specialist techniques whatsoever.

What if there was some way to tap into the ever-growing popularity of world-wide sport that could turn the gambling factor of sports betting into an investment vehicle producing sustainable results over the long-term such as equity trading?

Sports Trading was conceptualized and bridge between conventional sports betting and real-world stock trading was built.

Please note: generalizations are used in this article because sport trading exchanges can differ in nature and offerings.

What is Sports Trading?

You may immediately associate sports trading with that of card trading but until fairly recently, sports trading has taken on another exciting meaning.

Although the actual definition of sports trading may differ exactly depending on the type of exchange in question, it is essentially the act of investing in virtual sports issues or contracts (i. e. sports teams, players or markets).

Sports trading is not to be confused with sports betting (betting against a bookmaker) or some other form of fancy gambling, sports trading runs along the same investment lines as trading on a conventional stock market exchange (e. g. Wall Street).

Participants of:

Fantasy sports games
Stock trading simulation games
Sports betting exchanges

will identify a commonalty with a typical sports trading exchange.

Although sport trading is still somewhat dwarfed by the sports betting and real-world trading industries, there is no question of the future popularity for this concept as people from all backgrounds are coming together to trade be it virtual stocks or issues or real contracts for real money on any sports related market, offered by the online sport trading exchange.

Sports trading exchanges are developing sophisticated technology, commonly employing a proprietary trading platform and in most cases, with a Level II type trading interface.

It is typical of a global sports trading exchange to offer around-the-clock (i. e. 24/7) trading as exchange members are not inhibited with limited or set trading hours so are free trade anytime, from anyplace around the world.

Advantages over Sports Betting

Sports trading has the thrill of sports betting but without the inherit risk of gambling that sports betting produces.

Some notable advantages sport trading has over conventional sports betting are (trading exchange dependant):

Far less risk; eliminates the ‘all or nothing’ situation
Can still profit even from an event loss
Capital appreciation
Dividend income
Not solely competing against professionals
Greater chance of success (not limited to above reason)
Can be invested with minimal effort

Sport trading eliminates the gambling factor associated with sports betting; traders seldom lose their total investment in a stock holding (i. e. they have the ability to trade out to prevent further loss), the sports bettor loses their entire wager with an incorrect guess.

The sports trader is not competing solely against professional bookmakers whose job is to get the better of you – more often. Sport trading exchanges are about people-to-people interaction so you are pitting your skill, judgement and knowledge against fairer competition. Learn to be savvy and you end up with the edge.

Once invested, the sports trader can theoretically sit-back and monitor their investments passively; the sports bettor must normally wager every time to potentially make money and therefore, incur greater risk on each and every bet.

Advantages over conventional stock trading

Participants of stock trading already will find other useful benefits from a typical sport trading exchange such as:

Lower trading fees due to being solely online trading
Greater participation from a wider audience
Not being exclusive to professionals
Around the clock trading (no set trading sessions)
Wider-economy independence
Readily accessible sport information for all
Global trading stock exchanges

The global online sport trader is conveniently afforded time-zone irrelevant trading from an online trading environment that typically does not shut for trading.

With the world-wide following sport increasingly enjoys (activity is seldom subject to prevailing economic factors that affect conventional trading exchanges) and the substantial amount of publicly available information not subject to a privileged few, sport traders can finally compete on fairer terms with other traders.

Online sports trading on virtual trading exchanges provide a wonderfully unique cross over between conventional sports betting and real-world stock trading in essence; they combine many of the advantages of the two, in a single investment product.

The opportunities that exist on these virtual exchanges and the resulting advantages are too long to detail here but it is the hope of this article to spread further awareness and the investment advantages of sport trading because this is a viable form of investment worthy of promotion.

If you’re like me, I can’t seem to do anything just one thing at a time. I have to be able to do multiple things all the time and that includes watching sports events. Watching one sports event at a time just doesn’t work for me, I want to watch multiple sports events and Satellite Sports TV with the right TV makes it easy.

Using either a split screen picture, picture-in-picture (PIP), or multiple televisions you can watch several sports events at the same time. In the world of sports, this is really great because you can watch different sports events at the same time and then be able to switch between the sports events to watch the one with the action at the moment.

Today watching several sports events at the same time is a very simple process. To setup your own sports theater, you need a satellite TV receiver with multiple sports channels and a TV setup to display multiple sports channels. Satellite TV Sports allow you to have multiple sports programs on the same TV or separate TV’s at the same time.

If you want more than two sports programs at once, Sports Satellite TV also has packages where you can add additional TV’s, up to four per dish, onto one satellite system. This means you can be watching four different sports programs at once. Being able to watch four sports events continuously can really make you a sports authority. Being a sports authority means you can talk sports with anybody and having seen the sports event you will know what is actually happening.

Without a huge amount of money, you can watch up to four sports programs at the same time and do it within a reasonable budget. There are several different ways you can watch multiple sports programs.

One is using several TV’s and the correct satellite TV receiver to watch two to four sports channels at the same time. Satellite TV providers have receivers that will do either two TV’s or split screen of two channels on the same TV. Using this kind of satellite receiver, you can use a big screen TV to do side-by-side split screen or use multiple smaller TV’s to watch different receiver channels at the same time.

So, if you really want to be “The Sports Authority” and get all the sports events that you can handle, then going with satellite and multiple TV images is really the way to go. The two main things to look at are the TV’s and satellite TV receiver being used. Dish network provides several options including a high-definition DVR system that allows you to do split-screen automatically from the unit itself. This means using your existing TV, you can watch different sports events right on the screen at the same time.

If you want to have more sports, you can use separate receivers and multiple TV’s to get up to four sports events from one satellite dish. TV’s like the Mitsubishi 65 inch big-screen allow you to have split screen right on the television in a native mode. This means you can have multiple satellite inputs viewed on two screens and switch between sports events on the two sides. By setting up favorites on your satellite remote, you can then quickly flip between different sports events on each one of the split-screen sides.

To get even more events you can either add additional TV’s or get a different kind of TV that handles what is known as picture-in-picture. This will allow you to have multiple sports events on the screen at the same time. These TV’s tend to cost a bit more money and some models are a little problematic. So be careful with which TV’s you select for this particular methodology, but it can be great for watching multiple sports events.

The lesser expensive method is to simply pick up some low-end TV’s to use as side monitors and have your main television showing the sports program you want to watch at the moment. Use the side TV’s to monitor other sports programs on different receivers and switch to the sports event with action on the main TV when you see it happening on one of the monitors.

Using satellite TV receivers and a few TV’s, you can have a home Sports Theater that will make you “The Sports Authority”. So put your Sports Theater together now and start having those sports parties with all your friends.

Suffering an injury from sport is inevitable for professionals and amateurs alike. Whatever your chosen sport, be it football, golf, tennis, cricket or running, you will undoubtedly pick up the odd niggling injury or something more serious. Sports massage has become an important element not only for sports training and competition, but also for the prevention and treatment of sporting injuries.

Obviously prevention of the injury is better than treatment but the majority of injuries in sport are caused by overuse, misuse or abuse of the body. Many sports injuries are avoidable by proper preparation before an event (warming up) and easing down after an event (cooling down). Sports massage therapists tend to see most injuries as a result of failure in coordination; this is particularly true at the beginning of the sporting season when the athlete’s expectations exceed their ability. Sports injuries also increase near the end of an activity when fatigue affects coordination or in the opening minutes of the match or event when stretching hasn’t been performed properly. So what are some of the common sports injuries and how can sports massage help?

Many sporting injuries are a result of a sprain or strain. A sprain affects the ligaments (the bands of elastic tissue that hold joints together and limit movement) and a strain affects the muscles. A common sports injury treated with sports massage is a sprained ankle. When the ankle turns inward and under the leg, the outside ligaments are damaged (over stretching or tearing). The injury will require first-aid to begin with followed by rehabilitation and strengthening. During rehabilitation, sports massage can be employed and the sports massage therapist will use a method called ‘friction massage’. This method reduces the development of scar tissue or breaks down any built up scar tissue that has already developed.

Anyone who has watched a football match or an athletics event would have at some point seen the footballer or athlete pull up grabbing the back of their leg. This is a common sports injury known as a hamstring strain. There are three hamstring muscles that flex the knee joint and extend the hip. The strain occurs when the hamstring muscles are at their maximum length (when the tibia is stretched out and the foot is about to strike the ground). The symptoms are a short sharp pain at the back of the leg followed by spasms, swelling and bruising. Sports massage treats hamstring injuries using deep tissue massage techniques. A method called ‘petrissage’ can be applied to separate and realign muscle tissue preventing scar tissue from forming. This sports massage method also encourages better circulation of blood and fluids to the area aiding healing and recovery time.

Runners, dancers or anyone involved with sports that require jumping will be aware of a sports injury known as ‘plantar fasciitis’. This injury is an inflammation of the tendon that runs over the arch of the foot (which can sometimes rupture). Symptoms of the injury include pain under the inside of the heel or around the outside border. Stretching the plantar fascia tendon is an important part of rehabilitation and strengthening. Sports massage reduces tension in the tendon by applying deep pressure stroking movements to stretch out the fibres.

These are just a few of the sports injuries that a sports massage therapist can help you with. Sports massage should play an important part in your regime whether you are suffering with an injury or not. A trained sports massage therapist can also educate you on stretching exercises and footwear to help keep your body in good condition before, during and after physical activity.

March 30th, 2010

I know a little about money management, as I’ve been in the investment business for many years.   I’ve been a Principal, a Registered Advisor and a top producer in the financial services field; and there’s an element of stocks and bonds that can be related to sports gaming, if you analyze deeply enough.   Clearly, one of the most important components to investing, or sports gaming, and wagering, is the issue with money management. Whether it’s Black Jack or Poker, picking a football team to win, or mutual funds and stocks and bonds, it’s fairly common sense that a sound, disciplined approach, need be in place if you’re going to be successful.   (When you’ve got stress going on in the real world, I’d suggest not going to the Sport’s Book at this time.   You really need to be picking winners and managing money with a clear mind.   Trouble in the real world is not the time to be making money decisions).

Keep in mind, while I can help a client figure out a portfolio, I also know how it feels to get that ‘juice’ before a big game, with dollars riding at the sports book.   But let me remind you that the winners of this skill and game are the players that don’t over-react, nor become emotional, or do the most common mistake a maverick gambler can do: “chase” the bet”.   This skill is really better served for the even keel, and, rational player, who might for example, step back, and assess, stick to a solid game-plan, and not rush their next decision, often out of dismay, even anger.   It may indeed be very much exciting, or a thrill, to “chase” down a Sunday evening, to “get back to even”, but lets face it; this is the stuff that can get you “killed”.   No analysis really needed with this fine fault, but to “chase down” anything related to money decisions, well, usually turns out very, very bad.   You should never do that when you’re dealing with your financial portfolio, so why apply that to a decision involving anything else that involves money, like sports gaming?

A sports player actually breaks even in sports like football, at 52. 4 percent, not the 55 that many gamers might think. That would be calculated at 11-10 odds.   How’s that?  Simple.  If you have 11 games right, 10 wrong, then that’s 11 games divided by the total of 21, with the result being 52. 4.    Obviously, anything better than that will make you a profit.   (Many gamers assume 55 winning picks is the key, as 55 would you get you 10 more winners than losers over 100 games wagered.   But remember, the house cut, or (juice), only goes to bets that lose.   So, for illustration purposes, if you tried to win 100 dollars a game over 100 games played, you’d have to place 110 dollars per bet(10 percent, or juice to the house, is 10 dollars per bet), on every game, and if you hit 55 games correctly, you’d lose 45, for a net 10 game advantage.   The 45 losses would result in an extra $450 dollars having to be taken away from the net 10 games profit to cover the house (losses times 10 percent to the house), but you’d actually still have $550 in your pocket as net profit. )  My point here, is that obviously, this is better than a break-even figure.   You don’t necessarily have to be that good to win in sports gaming.

So, how can this help you in your own personal money management with sports gaming?  Sports gaming can still be a lot tougher than you might think.   To have a successful season, again you’ll have to hit better than 52. 4 percent, but the average gamer, according to different sources, hits somewhere between 45-48 percent.   This is worse than simply by chance, or flipping coin when trying to figure out winners?  If your betting style is all over the place, and you’re “chasing” a dwindling success pattern, then this is simply going to lead you to disaster.   So, your best chance of success is to really stick to a sound disciplined money-management system, calculate your risk on a select few games per session, and find enough information from sources like EZ Sports Winners, to help advise you on those decisions. You’ll increase your chance of success many times over.   If you end up trying to do your own analysis, and you find a zillion games you’d like to be involved in, well, this is a red-flag, and you’ll do yourself a big favor the next time you go to the sports book,  take a big step back, and gather yourself.   Too many games or contests considered can get you hurt quickly in this business!

You can limit a disaster by creating a sound investment and money-management plan that begins with arriving at a calculated amount of what you, or any investor, would like to risk for his entire investment, and for our purpose for the sports-player here, over the course of a year or season.    Break that down to a per-week basis, then per-game, you can then arrive at an approximate amount to play on any given contest.   A great way to do this is to figure the largest amount of money you’d play on any one game, then wager accordingly.   A great way to do that is to figure out the total bank-roll you’d like to limit yourself to for the entire season, and multiply this amount by 2%.   This number gives you a decent top-game-play estimate.  If your total bankroll is going to be $50,000 for example, then in this case, you’re looking at a $1,000 ($50,000 time 2%, or . 02).   For further strategy, a sports player could decide on the strength of each play, and employ a rating system, such as the one offered by EZ Sports Winners, to decide an amount to wager on any given play.   (EZSW employs a 1-6 game rating, with 6 being the best.   We use a 5-dime system on each suggested wager, with every 5 dimes representing 5 percent of your top-game play.   Each rating number is worth 5 dimes.   So, in this instance, with $1,000 being your top play, a game with a rating of one, then this 5-dime play would be worth a $50 dollar wager). For further explanation, visit our EZSW system page:  http://www. ezsportswinners. com/ezsw_system. htm.    This plan will help create a sound money-management strategy that will keep you out of trouble!   When you do in fact win, a great way to apply this to an increased wager is to take half your winnings and put them away in reserve, using the other half spread out on an average per-game basis, divided up by how many additional week-ends you decide you’d want to play.    For example, lets say you end up the week-end  with a $10,000 dollar profit.   And you have 14 weeks left in the NFL season.   You’d put $5000 away in reserve, and the other $5000 could be added to a week-end basis, averaged out over 14 weeks.   That’s roughly $350 dollars a weekend, maybe $50 to $100 dollars a game over the course of the rest of the season.   This will help manage your decisions when are you winning, rather than “doubling-up” on any single play, or losing your winnings on any one poor decision.   While this doesn’t seem exciting, this discipline will help ensure your best chance of success!

With that said, how can we truly protect against the downside? Well, let’s face it, there’s a risk no matter what kind investment, and sports-gaming is no different.   We can however, put stop-losses in place, to protect a major landslide.   Remember, any investment, to make a profit, engages a certain amount of risk.   Any significant return on your money has everything to do with the amount of risk you want to take.   If you want absolutely no risk, forget sports gambling.   Put it in the bank.   In fact, don’t even touch a mutual fund.   Put it in a savings account at the bank, quite seriously.   Remember too though, and for our illustration purpose, you in fact get little return in exchange for this low risk, and your ‘real’ return is even less.   Take out the taxes on your low guaranteed rate, as well as the amount of inflation, and your dollar can be in fact losing value over time in various instances.    And of course, your time frame is very important on figuring your risk tolerance.   Many people of course need the stability of their money, and this would of course make a lot of sense for a retired person, or for people with a short-term situation, such as monthly budget dollars.   The “return” isn’t your goal here, as stability is your main concern.   Obviously, sport-gaming isn’t the channel for these kinds of dollars.

But at the other end of the spectrum of course, we have the sports investment, or the sport bet.   It’s at the most extreme in terms of risk and reward, and you’re going to have to understand this, if your goal is to try and win, and make rational decisions, rather than just enjoy simple recreation (although there’s nothing wrong with this of course, if that’s your goal).  But, It’s not for the feint of heart.   It’s a rapid result, with the only money used in this recreation being you luxury money, or the money you could easily afford to lose.   This is a very serious note I might add.   All the more reason to have a sound plan.   I implore you to have a sound gaming strategy, a solid money-management system, and a discipline, to stick to your plan rather than rush judgment, to help keep you from making irrational and emotional decisions.   This will ultimately serve you for the most optimum chance of success.

Bottom line, though, a more practical way of establishing your working bankroll each season is to simply ask yourself how much you can afford to lose in a worst case scenario and use that amount as your working bankroll. Maybe this amount increases as you put some winnings away, which is very important, but this would of course help you stop a total disaster in any given session.

Good luck!

Name an industry that gets free advertising every day in every newspaper around the country? Still thinking? Here is another hint – they have web sites, radio shows, TV shows and entire cable channels dedicated to talking about them and their product? Give Up? The answer is sports.

What an incredible industry. Every morning Jerry Jones’ team has articles written about it. Free color pictures on the front page promoting his brand. Radio shows talking solely about his product for hours on end.

More than 30 million people play fantasy sports. The average player in fantasy sports spends about $110 a year on their fantasy teams, and that is mainly to have “bragging rights”. Some of us can remember back in the 1990’s when people played “rotisserie leagues”. Today ESPN, Yahoo, Sports Illustrated, CBS Sportsline and others have very sophisticated online systems to manage leagues and get you information about your team, players and league standings.

They make a fortune on these sites from advertising because they know they have a market of 18 – 50 year old males earning over $50,000 a year and who spend more than two hours a week playing these games, reading the ads, and messaging their friends about the sports articles. Why are fantasy sports games so popular -because we love sports and the fantasy games feed the love.

In 2004, the CBS and Fox networks spent a combined $8 billion to broadcast NFL games for six years. In 1999 CBS spent $6 billion for the rights to broadcast the NCAA basketball tournament for 11 years. In 2006 Fox and TBS signed a combined $3 billion deal with MLB to broadcast a few games a week plus the post season. In 2001, the NBA signed a six year $3. 4 Billion deal with Time Warner. Why are billions of dollars being spent to broadcast sporting events? Because we love sports they are making money on filling that love.

You get the idea. Sports are part of our lives. We have an insatiable appetite for sports. We emotionally connect to players and teams. They are our role models. Entire cities shut down when a championship game is being played or for the victory parade. Corporations invest millions and billions of dollars in sports related media because they can get a return on that investment.

Sports Marketing – Tiger Woods, Lebron James, Michael Jordan and countless others are not only great talents, but they are the stars of carefully crafted marketing plans. These marketing plans are geared towards raising their profile, creating interest in the fan base and expanding that fan base. This does not happen just because Tiger is a good guy. This happens because there are millions of dollars to be made. Thousands of hours are invested into these marketing plans – creating the images, the right words, the right message and the right media outlet.

There is a greater point here – the business of sports has successfully tapped into our emotions and our lives in a way no other business has.

Marketing 101 – When we have read the countless books on selling and marketing, we learned the best way to sell to a person is to tap into that person’s emotions. The ability to create and emotional attachment from the buyer to your product is priceless. Everyone remember the tire ad where the baby was sitting inside the tire giggling and looking cute. You’re not buying white-walled radials – you are buying protection for your children. No price is too steep for that.

Wouldn’t it be great if we could create this type of emotion that for a furniture store? Imagine radio shows talking about trundle beds, recliner sofas and nesting tables. Well it’s hard to get excited about china cabinets the same way we do about football – and we never will. The only things that tap into our minds like sports is politics and religion. Those will too quickly become controversial for the entrepreneur.

Back to selling and our emotions. The greater the emotional attachment people have to a product, the better for us. But not all of us are not going to be as successful at tapping into Joe Public’s emotion-meter with our business idea like the NFL or tire manufacturers. They have a big head start and deeper pockets than the rest of us.

What is an entrepreneur to do? How can you get people loving your product as much as the Pittsburgh Steelers?

Sorry to put it this way, but you probably won’t. But on the bright side, if you can’t beat them join them.

Sell Sports – Sports related businesses have a big plus going for them. You are already tapping into an emotional vibe that is deep-rooted and long-living. No need to try and build that positive feeling. ESPN has taken care of that for us. All you need to do is find some avenues in sports-related business to take advantage of this fervor.

Most of us do not have 700 million sitting around to buy the next NFL franchise coming up for sale. We need to reach for some lower hanging fruit. Let’s consider a couple of business models that allow you to take advantage of the sports machine that have less barriers to entry.

Sports Tickets – The secondary sports ticket market is a $10 billion a year business. Many people reading this are going to say “ticket scalping”. To them we say you are buying a limited supply of a product and reselling it on the open market to the highest bidder. Exactly how different is this from buying and selling houses? If we had the same moral indignation for ticket resellers and we do house flippers, Carlton Sheets would be flipping burgers.

Not every ticket has a worthy resale value. We need to separate the wheat from the chaffe. We also need to know where to sell our wheat, metaphorically speaking. There are several places that offer a quality education on how to venture into this market. They will educate any novice or intermediate on the secondary ticket market and keep them from making costly mistakes as well as make profitable deals. Look for something that not only gives you a “how-to” manual, but also provides you with information on a moving-forward basis. Ticket sale dates and presale codes are valuable items. The cost of the course is usually recovered in a few transactions.

Sports Memorabilia – While we found no guides on the best ways of breaking into this business, there are some well known technique amongst sports collectors that can help you. Send balls, jerseys, photos to sports stars asking them to sign it. If you include a self addressed return package, the odds of a player signing it and sending it back go way up. A few samples on eBay for sports memorabilia include:

Mariano Rivera Signed Baseball $230 Mariano Rivera Signed Picture $70 Chris Carpenter Signed Picture $139 Ben Roethlisberger Signed Football $325 David Carr Signed Football $225

Not too bad of a return for an investment of a ball and some postage. Start listing on eBay and you are good to go.

For market research all you need to do is go out to eBay and look at some postings.

The perfect business will tap into people’s emotions to remove price from the equation as much as possible. Sports has accomplished this goal. Anything dealing with sports will invoke passion in people. All too often people’s highs and lows coincide with their favorite team. We leave the social commentary on this to other publications. For us entrepreneurs, understanding this emotional tie-in enables us to find opportunities to capitalize on these markets.

Sport gifts are basically memorabilia that an individual or organization may have custom-made to commemorate a sports-related event like a winning championship match. And the people most likely to appreciate sport gifts are those people who truly enjoy sports either as an occupation, as a spectator, or as a weekend warrior. In short, sports fans are your best recipients for sport gifts.

Sport gifts can be used to mark a particularly thrilling championship series in popular sports like the National Basketball Association (NBA) of the US, or the National Football League (NFL) also of the US. And just as sport gifts can vary greatly depending on the type of sport they are celebrating, the types of sport gifts available nowadays can also be of a great variety. This is good news for sports fans everywhere who really like receiving sport gifts or who would like to give them away to friends, relatives and colleagues.

Sport gifts may be customized especially for those you consider very important people like executives of your organization. Some popular choices for sport gifts of executives are golf balls (which may have the name of your organization or you emblazoned on them), golf club head covers, large golf umbrellas, golf clubs and putters, and even leather golf gloves. It may depend too as to what sport is popular among executives of your organization. What if they like more gentlemanly types of sports, like chess? Then maybe you can select unique designs for chess pieces of customized chess sets as a very special type of sport gifts. Remember, the more unique your sport gifts, the more likely the recipient will remember you.

If you cannot seem to come up with any brilliant ideas for good sport gifts, why not try to choose some safe types of sport gifts instead for now? For instance, sport watches are a nifty idea for sport gifts because everyone will probably need a good sports watch at some time. The bigger your budget for sport gifts as giveaways, the higher will be the quality of your choice of sport gifts. But this does not automatically mean that higher cost will translate to more appreciation from your intended recipients. The level of appreciation will depend a lot on the tastes of your recipients. And that is where choosing appropriate sport gifts tends to become nerve wracking.

For instance, why choose very expensive designer watches as sport gifts when your people would be satisfied just receiving practical sport umbrellas with your logo emblazoned on them? Sometimes, choosing expensive sport gifts can send the wrong message to people – your expensive sport gifts might be perceived as corporate greed rather than wholehearted advocacy of values of the organization. Thus, the giver of sport gifts has to have a hand on the pulse of the organization so that he knows if his choice of sport gifts will be perceived the same way he himself perceives them – or not, as the case may be.
